Spectral Capital Investment has vanquished the past. An explosive move has begun to develop, and even if you missed the original broadcast of our report, you can review it by reading further.

Early stage technology companies that show potential to develop into independent public companies are the types of firms that Spectral Capital likes to partner with and acquire. The company's focus is on identifying markets in which start up firms have opportunities to become potential game changes or at least enhance situations. Thanks to a large network of global professionals, Spectral Capital searches for technology that may be patented. The company's entrepreneurial experience serves as a basis for providing support and encouragement for Spectral Capital's vision and portfolio teams, the latter of which have members that are passionate about the development of ideas.

As a low float business with a history of large moves on very small volume, Spectral Capital traded for approximately $0.30 in mid-February of last year. A month later, its shares achieved a high of $1.16, giving investors a potential gain of 287%. During the run-up, the highest single-day volume was 77,455 shares traded. Spectral Capital has consolidated since this big run-up and is currently trading for $0.485. The possibilities are endless if more serious investors begin to focus on Spectral Capital.

Spectral Capital recently announced that Kontexto has sign a contract for two years with Bell Media to provide media analytics using their flagship product, publishflowTM.  Kontexto is a technology development business that provides software and services that not only acquires real time streaming data, but also analyzes and visualizes the information. The information is delivered as a software-as-a-service solution or may be embedded in their party applications.

Bell Media, Canada's largest communications company, elected Kontexto's publishflowTM to analyze data of the company's online properties. Bell Media's website notes that the company owns 28 conventional television stations, including CTV, one of Canada's premier television networks. It also owns and operates 30 specialty channels that include TSN, the country's number one specialty channel, and RDS, Canada's premier French-language specialty channel. Bell Media also owns 33 radio stations, Dome Productions and dozens of websites. It has also partnered to form the Montreal-based production company Cirque du Soleil Media in conjunction with Cirque du Soleil.

Thanks to the reliability and innovation of Kontexto's products and services, the company's services allow for big media operations, like Bell Media, to select them as their main provider for crucial real time analytics. Even when low marketing budgets are in place, Kontexto has demonstrated its ability to sell their products to the globe's most prominent media companies.

Spectral President and CEO Jenifer Osterwalder, has indicated that her company sees a large amount of potential in Kontexto and expects the company to grow and become and important part of Spectral's portfolio.

Such news is very important for Spectral Capital, yet it went largely unnoticed by Wall Street investors until recently and can make for very interesting trading days in the future.

Noot, Inc., has created Noot, a search engine application for smartphones as well as other mobile technology apps. This mobile app helps users quickly find news, photos, video and social media posts that match their interests. Over time, the technology learns what users like and continually improves results to provide extremely personalized information. One of Noot's key benefits is that the search engine works even while the user is not actively searching, meaning that it continues to discover and suggest new and relevant items without prompting. Thus, when  user searches for a topic, the app will provide more pertinent, personal information. Learn more here how Noot can act like a personalized search assistant on a smartphone.

The chart below shows the anticipated growth for spending for mobile advertisement spending. If Noot captures only a small percentage of this market, tremendous gains could possibly lie ahead.

The mobile market is growing quickly in all sectors with the use of smartphones and tablets and eventually wearable devices. One can still consider the mobile technology market to be in its infancy as major strides are ahead. Spectral Capital has placed itself in a good position to capitalize on this growing industry by making additional acquisitions to its portfolio that will reward investors in the long run. Keep tabs on Spectral Capital as this low float tech stock could be on another hefty run-up soon.
